How do I change my contact details on my account?

Got a new phone number? New email address? No problem - we can update this for you.

 

For any contact detail changes to your account please Contact Us with the following information:

  • The old details you used when signing up

  • The new details you wish to change these to

We will then send a confirmation email once these details have been updated on your account.

 

Please note: The details on your account must be your own - we can't accept any third party details (partners, family members, friends, etc.)
