Why does my device say EE is my network?
We use the EE network infrastructure to facilitate our network. It's possible your device did not receive the right configuration update during activation, so it just knows you're using the EE masts. Rest assured, you're still using our network.
Currently, the only way to fix this is to contact our Customer Support Team to refresh your SIM settings. Soon we will give you the ability to self-manage problems like this via our SIM portal troubleshooting area.
