My device was damaged in transit, what can I do?
If you send your device using our free shipping service by Royal Mail (Tracked 24 / 48), these mentioned shipping services only include a maximum compensation of £150.00 GBP for damage, or loss, subject to Royal Mail accepting, and granting the claim.
So, if your device is damaged, whether on it's way to us or being returned. Take some photos and email them to us on contact@grademobile.co.uk. We can raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and pay you any compensation resulting from your claim.
